Encompassing new product development, food safety and marketing, this team develops and showcases our amazing products and makes sure that our beloved, globally-recognisable Pizza Hut brand is clear, consistent and easy to identify for our customers.
CULTURE AND CAPABILITY
Other businesses call this ‘HR’. We feel that our team truly curates the culture of Pizza Hut, and supports capability-building in our organisation. The term ‘Human Resources’ just doesn’t do them justice – C&C suits them much better.
Other businesses call this team Operations Support. However, we see their role as larger than just operations: they support our in-store teams in delighting our customers and making sure they return again and again.
This team ensures our sites are fit for purpose and coaches our franchisees to meet their growth potential. Development is at the heart of our growth ambitions and keeps driving us forward.
Covering both commercial finance and financial control, this team is in charge of the money – driving profit and protecting our bottom line so the company can continue to flourish.
Critical to keeping the giant engine of technology that runs Pizza Hut in order, the IT team works with our stores to implement and maintain their systems and applications, as well as supporting our corporate teams.
The team that protects our business and works with our franchisees and external partners on a wide range of business issues. With a huge remit geographically and across the business, no two days are ever the same.
This is the team that work with suppliers to ensure we have the right product, at the right price point, in the right stores, at the right time. Our suppliers and supply team are who make sure we can keep getting our pizzas in the oven, and at the tastiest they can be!
