The Learning Zone is an online learning system. It breaks everything down for you from front of house learning, your back of house learning, shift management, deputy management training and it's really good because, you know, you get all the information there for you and you can read through it and then it gives you the opportunity to put it into on the job training as well so you get to take everything you've just learnt through the online learning and put it into action in the field so to say. And then at the end, you get an assessment so you can sit back and reflect how well you've done or what perhaps you might need to go over again, so that you can sit there and get it right and know that you know it. And it does make you a lot more confident in your job role because you know you're getting the best knowledge and the best information and really the best training that you can get.
