Our Developing Champions training includes web-based, classroom on-the-job training.
We'll even give you a mentor. You'll learn how to run a shift – making sure every guest
has a great time whilst you're in charge. Basically, we'll show you how to lead a team
to success.
Deputy Manager
This will give you the skills you need to run the business when your Manager's away,
teaching you about everything from forecasting sales to training your team, and
scheduling shifts.
Restaurant General Manager
To move to the next level, we'll show you the behaviours you'll need to manage people,
delight customers, keep standards high, and deliver results.
