The link between the RSC and Operations, Restaurant Excellence works on projects that improve the way we do things in our restaurants. Once finalised, projects are then passed over to Operations for implementation. This could include anything from introducing a new 'Buffet Guarantee' to restructuring the way we serve our customers, trialling a new till system or delivering training manuals. Customer Services also comes under Restaurant Excellence, dealing with feedback from customers and providing information on nutrition and opening times.
