Simply put, Operations is the window to our business, responsible for implementing everything from new menus to training into our Restaurants. So we're key to keeping Team Members and Managers happy and motivated, as well as passing information down from the Operations Director to Regional Directors, Area Managers and finally into the stores themselves.
