"After years of working in the hospitality industry, mainly in hotels, I wondered if this sector of the industry was right for me.

As well as giving me the tools and information I need on operating procedures and standards, they focus on me as a manager - giving me the skills and behaviours I need to be a really great Pizza Hut leader.
What is Customer Mania? Simply, it's the key to running a successful restaurant. We have a fantastic product, but it needs to be coupled with superb customer care if we're to 'wow' our customers. Not just with the food on the plate but the full Pizza Hut experience.
