Restaurant General Manager
Your mission? Make sure the Restaurant you manage is not only profitable, but always runs to our exceptionally high standards. You’ll accomplish this by coaching and developing a strong, lively team that people get a kick out of being in. Not afraid of hands-on work, you’ll lead by example, inspiring others while resolving issues calmly and capably.

This isn't just about running a Restaurant. At this senior level, you’ll tackle exciting commercial challenges: driving our business forward; devising strategies to attract customers; and making improvements wherever you can. That means analysing the store's performance and using your business brain to identify opportunities. It also means planning for the future - whether keeping abreast of new products or scheduling staff training. What's certain, you'll find the challenge exhilarating.

Deputy Manager
You’ve probably guessed what this role’s about. When the General Manager’s away, you run the Restaurant. You’ll ensure it hits targets and meets the highest standards. But there’s more. At all other times, you’ll be running shifts, ensuring customers have the very best dining experience, every time. And as this role offers scope for progression, you’ll also receive on going development which enables you to take added responsibilities beyond the day-to-day operations. And you’ll have every chance to make an impact by suggesting ways the business can improve.

Being a Deputy means supporting both the General Manager and the team. This means you have to be a great communicator. It's all about clearly setting out expectations and goals to everyone. What’s more, it means knowing when to step in when the pressure’s on – whether solving problems or getting stuck in when things get busy. Basically, it's your big chance to inspire others and develop your career.

Shift Manager
You’ll inspire your team through your own example. This means taking the lead on shifts and using your energy and influencing skills to ensure the team offers a service that exceeds our customer expectations. All the while, you’ll strive to maximise sales. And because you’re such a motivator, your team will do this too.

Your real challenge is to deliver swift, accurate and consistent excellent customer service. With brilliant communication skills, a 'can do' attitude and a positive personality, you’ll create a real buzz that unites your team – especially when things get hectic. Put simply, you’re at your best under pressure, you thrive on responsibility and you love creating a good vibe at work. One last thing – as a Shift Manager, you will need to be able to work at least 30 hours per week. If you’re looking to work less than that, no problem, being a Team Member might be more suited to you.
