Deputy Manager
You’ve probably guessed that when the Manager’s away, the restaurant comes under your jurisdiction. At all other times, you’ll run a number of shifts independently and ensure customers have the very best dining experience, every time. And as this role offers scope for progression, you’ll also take on responsibilities beyond day-to-day operations – think forecasting and recruitment.

Team Leader
As the job title suggests, you’ll be responsible for providing cover across the restaurant, whether it be as a Shift Manager or a Team Member. Whatever role you take on, you’ll need the drive to motivate others in your team to provide a level of service that exceeds customers’ expectations. You’ll also need to strive to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
