Shift Manager
You’ll inspire your team through your own passion to do a great job, this means stepping up to take the lead on shifts and using your energy to offer a service that exceeds customer expectations. All the while, you’ll strive to support the Delivery General Manager to maximise sales on each and every shift. There is real hustle within Delivery, which generates excitement, and because you’re such a motivator, your team will follow your example . One last thing – as a Shift Manager you will need to be able to work at least 30 hours per week. If you’re looking to work less than that, no problem, being a Team Member might be more suited to you.
