A big part of Operations is our network of Area Managers and Franchise Business Managers. Covering Home Service (delivery), Full Service (dine-in) and Express (found in shopping centres and theme parks), Area Managers play a pivotal support role for around 700 Restaurant General Managers (RGMs). You'll have the opportunity to really get stuck in to Pizza Hut's fun and lively atmosphere, as the majority of your time will be spent with your team of up to 12 RGMs out in the field. Discussing areas such as manpower planning, recruitment and their store's latest results, you'll empower and inspire your managers to drive their Restaurant forward and resolve any problems that crop up.

You'll also be the communications link between Head Office and your Restaurants - passing on information concerning new products and promotions, and how the area and company as a whole is performing financially. It's a fast-paced role, but you'll be in charge of managing your own diary. So if you need to do the school run or would prefer to start early and finish early, it's up to you. We recruit Area Managers both internally and externally, which provides us with a great mix of skills and experience.
