Dine-In Restaurants: Ensuring our Guests have a Great Experience
every time starts with World-Class Operations. For us that means Running
Great Restaurants or RGR as we call it! RGR starts with building people
capability and technology plays a big part here with recruitment and training
through our on-line Hiring and Learning Zones. Success by Design is our
structured set of routines for our restaurant teams to ensure we have consistent
operations and there is 'one best way'
All of this is then underpinned though our scorecard which measures People,
Standards, Guest and Results – rewarding our very best performers. Recognising
and engaging with our team is a big part of what we do and we've launched 'HutSpace'
which is a 2-way communication platform for us to engage with our frontline team.
Delivery: Simply put, Operations is the window to our business,
responsible for implementing everything from new menus to training and development
for the teams in our Delivery Stores. Operations is fundamental in keeping Team Members
and Managers engaged and motivated, as well as passing information down from the
support team in our head office out to operational partners in the field, in both
our equity and franchise business.
