In Pizza Hut UK, Control and Planning work together to report and analyse business results
and help set the path for future business growth. In both departments, you'll have exposure
to lots of different areas of the organisation, as well as the opportunity to study for
qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA and PPM for Payroll.
Control: Control is focused on approving, processing and recording
all the company's financial transactions and reporting the figures back to our investors,
as well as statutory bodies, the Board of Directors and the rest of the organisation. But
it's much more than that. We also carry out fraud prevention and protect business assets,
ensuring compliance with a range of UK statutory requirements. So there's plenty to learn
when you join us.
Planning: There are big strategic changes taking place across the whole of
Pizza Hut here in the UK. Our planning department is at the heart of them all, working
hand-in-hand with the Board. From analysing the success of our new style restaurants and
deciding if we should roll them out nationally, to helping to construct a new marketing
campaign so that it will deliver a real return on investment, planning's at the heart of
the business.
